Once again, it has been an amazing year like no other for V\u00e4linge Flooring. With an impressive growth rate and innovative history, V\u00e4linge increased its IP portfolio by 14%, adding over 50 new licensee partners and launching the new flooring brand \u2018V\u00e4linge Flooring\u2019 to the global markets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Innovation has always been the core vision at V\u00e4linge. By the end of 2021, the patent portfolio grew by 14% and has been granted over 480 patents distributed across new materials, surface technologies, locking technologies for flooring, as well as wall systems and furniture.<\/p>\n

V\u00e4linge welcomed over 50 new licensee partners in 2021. The licensee family continues to grow and consists of more than 320 licensees around the world, each benefiting from the Viken HQ based innovator’s industry-leading support and technical services.<\/p>\n

The revolutionary 5G\u00ae Fold Down technology continues to expand and increased to over 90 licensees leveraged with benefits. In 2021 V\u00e4linge also launched the 5G\u00ae herringbone flooring pattern, which premiered with great success. A beautiful and complex pattern made easy for installation. The 5G\u00ae portfolio consist of several cutting-edge technologies such as 5G\u00ae Dry\u2122 water-resistant fold-down system and 5G\u00ae Climb\u2122.<\/p>\n

V\u00e4linge Flooring is now available in France, United Kingdom, North America and China offering unique real wood floors that combine V\u00e4linge\u2019s innovative technologies \u2014 Woodura\u00ae, 5G\u00ae Dry\u2122 waterproof fold-down system, and 5G\u00ae Climb\u2122. In 2021, V\u00e4linge Flooring experienced an 80% growth, welcomed 22 new distributors, and last but not least, awarded the prestigious 2021 FCNNOVATION Award in the wood flooring category.<\/p>\n
