In \u0130zmir, which lies in a first-degree earthquake zone, people who want to buy a home prefer residences built on solid ground and resistant to earthquakes; projects with low-rise architecture draw interest.<\/p>\n

Taylan Tanyer, General Coordinator of Tanyer Yap\u0131, stated that today houses must be designed not only for shelter but also as living spaces, and that demand for environmentally friendly projects with rich social facilities is increasing.<\/p>\n

Tanyer noted that TanUrla, now under construction in Urla Bademler, is being developed in harmony with nature and with a focus on renewable energy, adding that they aim to deliver the first keys to owners in 2025.<\/p>\n

WILL INCREASE THE VALUE OF THE REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Taylan Tanyer said, \u201cWe have made significant progress in our project. We will deliver two clusters in 2025, and we will bring the last cluster to its owners in 2026. Recently, we have received strong demand from both within and outside the city. The model apartments we have completed play a big role in this interest. I expect sales to increase further in the second half of the year, because as housing supply decreases there is a latent potential demand. TanUrla offers housing options that suit everyone\u2019s dream floor plans. Regarding the commercial areas, we are in talks with well-known brands. We want to give more space to \u0130zmir\u2019s own unique brands. This project will also enhance the value of the region.\u201d<\/p>\n

WE PAY ATTENTION TO WATER CONSUMPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Giving information about TanUrla, which includes various apartment types from 1+1 to 5+1, Tanyer said, \u201cWe will implement landscaping that suits the location of our project and that already grows naturally in this area. There will be local plants that require little water, such as olive and pomegranate trees and grapevines. Water is very important to us. We will collect and reuse rainwater. We will also collect gray water, treat it, and reuse it. Instead of plants and lawns that look nice but consume a lot of water, we will create more natural plant diversity. We want the landscape to be sustainable as well. We will use lawn only as much as necessary to prevent excessive water consumption.\u201d<\/p>\n

BOTH ECO-FRIENDLY AND ECONOMICAL HOMES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pointing out that climate change and the water and energy crisis have now raised awareness for everyone, Taylan Tanyer continued: \u201cPeople now want to know the ground condition, material specifications, and technical infrastructure of projects. We frequently hear questions like \u2018Is there an electric vehicle charging station?\u2019 \u2018Do you benefit from solar energy?\u2019 Issues such as site management and landscaping are also of interest. The rising use of water and electricity is reflected in association fees; today we see fees that rival rent prices. Another important issue is heat and water insulation. With insulation, serious savings are achieved in heating and cooling the residences. There is no need to run against the wind. We attach great importance to green energy systems and water conservation to reduce association fees in favor of homeowners.
