Buyers who pay in full receive an additional 10 percent discount. \u201cWe are nearing the end of our \u2018Teraphill 15\u2019 project in \u015eile, where green meets blue and peace meets tranquillity,\u201d he said. \u201cWith handover planned for September, we decided to create a final campaign tied to delivery. Under this plan units can be purchased with 50 percent down, the balance at 2.50 percent interest over 24 months. Those paying the full amount up front benefit from a 10 percent discount.
