Albayrak Beton has opened its fifth ready-mix concrete plant in Istanbul. Located in \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y, the facility represents an investment of 18,924,000 TL and will supply concrete for metro construction, high-spec housing, and both infrastructure and superstructure projects.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Serving a broad range\u2014from metro lines and public buildings to infrastructure and premium real-estate developments\u2014Albayrak Beton has completed and commissioned its new plant in H\u00fcseyinli, \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y on Istanbul\u2019s Asian side. The \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y Ready-Mix Concrete Plant aims to meet the concrete requirements of ongoing and upcoming metro projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Erdal Albayrak, Chairman of Albayrak Beton, commented on the investment: \u201cWe\u2019ve brought our new plant online, making it our fifth in Istanbul. The concrete produced here will serve housing developments, factory projects, and public works such as roads, bridges, and metro lines. Recently approved zoning plans in \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y and surrounding areas mean we\u2019ll meet local demand while also supporting metro projects on the Asian side. Thanks to the plant\u2019s proximity to the Northern Marmara Motorway and the \u015eile Motorway, we expect it to capture market share in \u00dcsk\u00fcdar, \u00dcmraniye, Beykoz, and \u015eile.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y plant, built with an investment of approximately 18.924 million TL, has a capacity of 90 m\u00b3 per hour and roughly 173,000 m\u00b3 per year.
