During the panel, stakeholders from design, contractor, client, and project management shared their experiences across the project\u2019s 330-day journey. Participants advocated for advancing the sector with modular systems and removing implementation\u2014 including the load-bearing system\u2014 from human discretion, while emphasizing that the project should serve as a model for subsequent projects.<\/p>\n

While site preparations and other structural works are underway, Erawet bathroom pods are produced simultaneously in the factory; this parallel production process shortens total construction time by up to 50%, enabling projects to be completed more quickly.
