Learning and Sharing Together<\/strong><\/p>\n The program kicked off at Kastamonu Entegre\u2019s General Headquarters in Istanbul with a corporate introduction and product presentations, followed by a quality session, live flooring installation demos, and a Q&A. Participants also toured the KEAS Concept Studio showroom, getting a close look at Floorpan products. The day wrapped up with a boat tour and dinner.<\/p>\n A Close Look at Innovative Production<\/strong><\/p>\n On the second day, the craftsmen visited the Bal\u0131kesir Plant\u2014one of T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s largest and among the world\u2019s notable MDF facilities\u2014where 600,000 cubic meters of wood-based panels and 36 million square meters of flooring are produced annually. After a briefing on Occupational Health and Safety, the group visited the quality laboratories and flooring production lines, witnessing Floorpan\u2019s innovative manufacturing processes and quality standards first-hand.<\/p>\n An Inspiring Journey for Craftsmen<\/strong><\/p>\n Designed to support professional development, share up-to-date information on new products and technologies, and strengthen collaboration, the \u201cMaster Meet-Ups\u201d began with craftsmen from Ankara and continued with this second gathering of professionals from Istanbul and Kocaeli.
