T\u00dc\u0130K data show that housing sales rose by 16.2% in the January\u2013October period to 1,293,033 units. Mortgaged sales in October increased by 11.5% year-on-year. In other words, housing sales\u2014which have trended upward all year\u2014continue to maintain this momentum. We can say our sector has taken another step toward closing the year in line with the 1.5 million sales target. Going forward, our hope is that investments will accelerate on both the supply and demand sides and that new projects will come to life.<\/p>\n

T\u00dc\u0130K figures indicate that housing sales continued to rise over the 10-month period. Although there was a slight 0.5% year-on-year decline in October, the 11.5% increase in mortgaged sales is encouraging. This shows that the potential to buy homes with credit remains intact and that, when conditions are favorable, a segment of buyers is ready to act. We expect this upward trend to continue through year-end. The need for urban transformation is also stimulating demand for renewed housing stock. With government-announced housing initiatives, we anticipate increased activity on the production side of the construction sector.<\/p>\n

The upward movement in housing sales continues without losing pace. According to T\u00dc\u0130K, sales grew by 16.2% in January\u2013October, while mortgaged sales in October rose by 11.5%. We foresee this favorable picture gaining further momentum next year. As the sharp increases in sales prices and rents ease into balance, and as loan rates trend downward, market activity is picking up. We expect interest rates to stabilize further next year, making credit more accessible.
