While this step symbolizes the project\u2019s transition from the planning stage to the implementation phase, it also reinforces Vak\u0131f GYO\u2019s vision of delivering sustainable, high value-added investments in \u0130zmir backed by its long-standing institutional experience. The project is planned to be completed within the 1,260-day period envisaged under the contract.<\/p>\n<p>Located in Konak Mersinli, one of \u0130zmir\u2019s central areas, VYeniKonak stands out with its unique Aegean view. Offering a strategic location thanks to its proximity to urban transportation options and easy access to business and commercial hubs, the project aims to contribute directly to the area\u2019s transformation potential. VYeniKonak is intended to become a new focal point in \u0130zmir\u2019s urban development.<\/p>\n<p>Vak\u0131f GYO General Manager Onur \u0130ncehasan stated the following regarding the project: \u201cWe have designed VYeniKonak not merely as a mixed-use structure, but as a holistic living space that builds strong ties with its surroundings, supports the region\u2019s social and economic dynamism, and brings a fresh breath to urban life. In the 30th year of our establishment, we see this project as a strong reflection of Vak\u0131f GYO\u2019s qualified approach to urbanism and its vision for sustainable growth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>VYeniKonak: Modern Architecture and Functional Design<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comprising two blocks, VYeniKonak leaves a strong mark on \u0130zmir\u2019s skyline with its modern architecture. With a total construction area of 128,987 m\u00b2, the project offers holistic solutions for different needs of city life through its mixed-use structure that brings together residential units, offices, and commercial spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Apartment types ranging from 1+1 to 4+1 appeal to a wide user profile, while functional planning and a qualified architectural approach create attractive opportunities for both individual users and investors.<\/p>\n<p>The construction process will be carried out meticulously in line with principles of quality, occupational safety, on-time progress, and efficient use of resources.
