Vak\u0131f GYO, established by Vak\u0131fBank as T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s first real estate investment trust company, signed the contract that will launch the construction phase of VYeniKonak, a mixed-use living project to be developed in \u0130zmir\u2019s Konak district, with \u0130lk \u0130n\u015faat Taahh\u00fct Sanayi ve Ticaret A\u015e in the 30th year of its establishment. While this step symbolizes the project\u2019s transition from the planning stage to the implementation phase, it also reinforces Vak\u0131f GYO\u2019s vision of delivering sustainable, high value-added investments in \u0130zmir backed by its long-standing institutional experience. The project is planned to be completed within the 1,260-day period envisaged under the contract.<\/p>\n
