Operating in the fields of real estate development, project production and entrepreneurship, Mehmet Konuralp Y\u0131lmaz stands out in T\u00fcrkiye, particularly with housing and land development projects, as Chairman of the Board of Medar \u0130n\u015faat. Born in Ankara, Y\u0131lmaz was raised as the child of a military father and a psychologist mother. He began his professional life at the age of 14 by working in the service sector, turning the discipline and work habits he acquired at an early age into one of the fundamental building blocks of his career.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Y\u0131lmaz began his education at Ankara Ayranc\u0131 Anatolian High School and was admitted to the Department of Civil Engineering at U\u015fak University at the age of 18. During his university years, he entered the sector by working at a real estate office and quickly gained experience in sales, marketing and customer management.<\/p>\n

Taking his first step into entrepreneurship at the age of 19, Y\u0131lmaz began operating in the fields of student housing and real estate consultancy with the Apart Sepeti brand, which he founded while continuing his university education. Growing rapidly in a short time, the venture reached 12 employees and 2 branches in U\u015fak, becoming a significant regional real estate organization with a portfolio management capacity of approximately 650 apartments.<\/p>\n

Returning to Ankara in 2021, Y\u0131lmaz carried his activities into larger-scale housing and mixed-use projects. During this period, he took an active role in land development, project production, marketing and sales management, and carried out collaborations in various large-scale projects.<\/p>\n

Continuing his professional development, Y\u0131lmaz strengthened his competencies in management and entrepreneurship by participating in the Mini MBA and various training programs at TOBB ET\u00dc. He continues his education at At\u0131l\u0131m University.<\/p>\n

Under the roof of Medar \u0130n\u015faat, of which he is the Founder and Chairman of the Board, Y\u0131lmaz has brought housing and land development projects to life in different regions of Ankara. He draws attention with the Medar Port Projects in the Esenbo\u011fa region, comprising 380 apartments, as well as the Medar Bat\u0131park and Medar Panorama projects in the Sincan Sarayc\u0131k and Yeni Pe\u00e7enek regions.<\/p>\n

Reaching hundreds of millions of liras in sales and investment volume over a period of approximately seven years, Y\u0131lmaz adopts an approach that defines real estate not merely as the production of buildings, but as the \u201cproduction of life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Y\u0131lmaz emphasizes that in the modern understanding of real estate development, engineering quality, safety, sustainability and social living spaces must be addressed in an integrated manner.<\/p>\n

Mehmet Konuralp Y\u0131lmaz also attaches importance to social responsibility and initiatives that support young entrepreneurship. He takes part in various organizations that encourage young people\u2019s participation in the business world and brings young entrepreneurs together through the Nefa Youth and Business Platform.<\/p>\n

Among his future goals is to make Medar \u0130n\u015faat one of T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s leading real estate development companies.
