Mehmet Konuralp Y\u0131lmaz, Chairman of the Board of Medar \u0130n\u015faat, shared his entrepreneurial journey from entering working life at a young age to managing real estate investments today, as well as the company\u2019s vision for the future.<\/p>\n
Born in Ankara, Mehmet Konuralp Y\u0131lmaz began his working life at the age of 14. Stating that the experience he gained in different sectors during his school years formed the foundation of his entrepreneurial journey, Y\u0131lmaz noted that he developed valuable skills in discipline, work culture and human relations from an early age.<\/p>\n
Y\u0131lmaz entered the real estate sector while studying Civil Engineering at U\u015fak University. Following the experience he gained at a real estate agency, he established his own venture under the Apart Sepeti brand. Y\u0131lmaz stated that they provided housing rental services to thousands of students and helped hundreds of families become homeowners within a short period. He added that the company grew to a structure with two branches and a team of 12 employees in U\u015fak.<\/p>\n
Mehmet Konuralp Y\u0131lmaz returned to Ankara in 2021 and decided to continue his activities on a broader scale. In addition to real estate sales, he began focusing on land development, project development and investment processes.
