He began working as an engineer at the OGM Zonguldak Forest Enterprise Directorate in 2002 and continued his career by assuming various technical and managerial responsibilities across different units of the institution.<\/p>\n<p>Between 2010 and 2015, G\u00fcne\u015f worked at the OGM Department of Information Systems before moving to the Operations and Marketing Department. He served as Head of the Legal Rights Branch from 2015 to 2020 and as Head of the Marketing Branch from 2020 to 2024. Since 2024, he has been serving as Deputy Head of the Operations and Marketing Department. Through these roles, he has gained experience at various levels of public administration across processes extending from the production to the marketing of forest products.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f\u2019s career is not limited to administrative duties. He has also played an active role in various studies and projects focusing on information security, sustainable forest management and the development of forestry policies. In 2013, he served as project manager for the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Project. In 2017, he worked as rapporteur for the OGM Working Group at the 2nd Forestry and Water Council and in 2018, he chaired the Sustainable Forest Management Working Group. At the 3rd Agriculture and Forestry Council held in 2019, he served as the Ministry Council Rapporteur.<\/p>\n<p>Continuing his professional development, G\u00fcne\u015f has participated in training and certification programs covering a wide range of areas, from geographic information systems and occupational safety to internet programming and professional standards in forestry.
