During approximately 30 years at various levels of the General Directorate of Forestry, Dedeba\u015f gained extensive experience in forestry practices, forest management and public-sector administration of the industry.<\/p>\n<p>In the final stage of his long career at OGM, Dedeba\u015f served as Bursa Regional Director of Forestry before retiring from public service in 2005. Rather than ending his professional career, he moved into the private sector and joined Kastamonu Entegre in the same year. His nearly 20 years with the company gave him the opportunity to directly observe both sides of the relationship between forestry and industry.<\/p>\n<p>By combining his public-sector experience in the management and utilization of forest resources with the needs of the wood-based panel industry in the private sector, Dedeba\u015f developed a broad perspective extending from raw material supply to industrial expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Tevfik Dedeba\u015f continues his active professional life as an industry consultant and also serves as a <strong>Member of the Board of YOMSAD<\/strong>.
