Dipl.-Kaufm. Peter H. Meyer (* 22. January 1950 in Iserlohn/Germany) is founder and owner of the Survey Marketing & Consulting GmbH & Co. KG (Bielefeld/Germany), amongst others the former organizer of the ZOW Trade Fair of Suppliers to the Furniture and Interior Design Industries as well as other trade fairs in different sectors. Today Survey is licensee for Germany of the international Material ConneXion organization.
Before founding the companies Survey and PH Meyer Wirtschaftsberatung in1992, Meyer had been active in the furniture and furniture supply industry since 1974. Survey, originally founded as a marketing and strategy consultancy, developed into an internationally renowned organizer of special trade events within a short period of time, thanks to the annual organization of the ZOW in different countries. The international trade show business was sold to a British investor in 2010.
Beside its significance as a communication agency, the PH Meyer Wirtschaftsberatung specialized in the organization of associations from the very beginning. Since 1998 the PH Meyer Wirtschaftsberatung has been accounting for the management of the renowned EPLF European Producers of Laminate Flooring, and since late 2012 also of the newly founded MMFA Multilayer Modular Flooring Association.
