During Milan Design Week 2018, Baleri Italia presented new products with strong, contemporary personalities that stem from the first stage of the brand relaunch under the art direction of Aldo Parisotto from P+F Architetti. They stay true to the company’s DNA and the subtle irony for which its products have always been renowned, while breaking new ground with cutting-edge looks, functionality and versatility, as well as the exceptional quality of the materials and manufacturing.
International names and young designers have been asked to play their part in the development of the new collection with a series of contributions that all fuse exactitude and a refined sense of irony. The vision was to re-establish the brand on the contemporary scene. With Aldo Parisotto coordinating the whole process, each of the designers presented their own, individual take on the identity of the storied brand.
The new proposals include MATCH POINT by Omri Revesz. The geometrically shaped yet dynamic solid wood coffee tables in the Match Point collection come in three different heights and boast coloured finishes. Three circular forms – held together and balancing at 30, 60 and 90 degrees – are at the heart of the practical, sculpturesque products. The circular upper surfaces and bases are the same size, so they can easily be stacked and used in all sorts of different layered arrangements.
Omri Revesz Design is a Venice-based firm that works in the fields of Architecture, Art and Design.
