A Future Living Model with Nature-Friendly Homes

🎧Listen to AI Summary

Urla Bademler, one of İzmir’s rapidly appreciating areas, has drawn attention in recent years with its nature-friendly and sustainable housing projects.

Thanks to an architectural approach that protects natural life, a low-carbon-footprint goal, and a lifestyle model in harmony with the environment, the area has entered the radar of both investors and those seeking a life intertwined with nature.

As one of the key centers of this vision, Bademler is becoming a symbol of next-generation living trends with its nature-compatible development, clean energy solutions, and healthy living spaces.

SUSTAINABLE HOUSING, SUSTAINABLE LIVING

Stating that the climate crisis, energy costs, and the density of urban life are rapidly increasing interest in sustainable housing today, Münir Tanyer, Chairman of the Board of Tanyer Yapı, said that two phases of the TanUrla project they are continuing to build in Bademler will be delivered shortly and life in the project will begin.

Drawing attention to the fact that they prioritize environmentally friendly practices in the TanUrla project, such as solar energy systems, rainwater collection and reuse solutions, natural ventilation and energy-efficient architecture, the use of local materials, and landscaping planned in harmony with nature, Tanyer said: “This approach not only provides environmental benefits, but also offers long-term economic advantages by reducing energy costs.”

A RISING VALUE FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTORS

Reminding that, according to experts, Urla and especially the Bademler area are among the regions in İzmir with the strongest investment potential thanks to the sustainable housing concept, Münir Tanyer continued: “Thanks to its proximity to central İzmir, clean natural environment, low-density development, and sustainable living vision, the region attracts investors with long-term value appreciation, high quality of life, and alternative tourism potential. Real estate experts also state that nature-friendly projects represent the urban planning approach of the future and that the investment value of such projects will increase faster than that of conventional housing projects.”

A NEW LIVING MODEL IN HARMONY WITH NATURE

Stating that the sustainable housing projects developing in Bademler offer not only an investment opportunity but also a healthy, balanced lifestyle in harmony with nature, Tanyer said: “For those who want to move away from the intensity of urban life, the region stands out as a next-generation living area that brings together clean air, natural production, peaceful living, and environmentally conscious architecture. We will deliver the first two phases of TanUrla in a short time. This will also be an important milestone for us. The fact that life is beginning here will make the project a greater focus of interest going forward. We are also starting the commercial areas, and we attach special importance to this issue because there is no such habitat in the immediate surroundings. We have planned a total commercial area of 20,000 square meters. It will be very large and highly functional. It will include everything site residents are looking for. In fact, the Gölcük-Gödence road in front of the project is already known as a vineyard road. We want TanUrla to stand out with its gastronomy dimension as well. We will also bring our own brand, Eşlikçi, here. In addition, a home-style restaurant serving Aegean cuisine, a fish restaurant, and different chef restaurants will operate within this structure. On the commercial side, we designed a self-balancing, complementary structure ranging from shopping and sports to a pharmacy and a veterinary clinic.”
