Medar İnşaat continues to grow through its land development, project development and investment-focused activities in the real estate sector, strengthening its position with projects implemented in Ankara’s developing districts. Mehmet Konuralp Yılmaz, Chairman of the Board of Medar İnşaat, shared his entrepreneurial journey from entering working life at a young age to managing real estate investments today, as well as the company’s vision for the future.
Born in Ankara, Mehmet Konuralp Yılmaz began his working life at the age of 14. Stating that the experience he gained in different sectors during his school years formed the foundation of his entrepreneurial journey, Yılmaz noted that he developed valuable skills in discipline, work culture and human relations from an early age.
Yılmaz entered the real estate sector while studying Civil Engineering at Uşak University. Following the experience he gained at a real estate agency, he established his own venture under the Apart Sepeti brand. Yılmaz stated that they provided housing rental services to thousands of students and helped hundreds of families become homeowners within a short period. He added that the company grew to a structure with two branches and a team of 12 employees in Uşak.
Mehmet Konuralp Yılmaz returned to Ankara in 2021 and decided to continue his activities on a broader scale. In addition to real estate sales, he began focusing on land development, project development and investment processes. Today, residential and land development projects are being carried out in different parts of Ankara under the Medar İnşaat umbrella.
