Born in İnegöl, Kadir Kaya is a Woodworking Industrial Engineer. He began his professional career in the furniture sector in İnegöl, where he held various key roles between 2015 and 2021, including Design, ERP Systems Management, R&D Management, Production Management, and Plant Management.
Since 2021, he has been working within the Turkish organization of Biesse, a global leader in woodworking machinery renowned for its expertise in multi-material processing. Serving as the Technology Application Director at Biesse Turkey, he leads the engineering unit responsible for analyzing customer production needs, identifying optimal machinery and software solutions, designing effective factory layouts, and managing processes to drive efficient investment decisions.
