Organized by Küre Trade Fairs and National Timber Association, “YAF WOOD IN ARCHITECTURE & WOODEN PRODUCTS FAIR” started on the 29th of January at 11 am. Lasting for four days, the fair brings the professionals of areas like framed buildings, city office and home furniture, door, window and floor coverings, parks, gardens, landscaping materials, wood lumber products, wood connectivity products, such as wood, chemical and accessories as well as many representatives and exhibitors from wood industry together at Istanbul Congress Center.
On the second day of the fair, January 30th, a conference with the title “Cities Say Wood Again” was organized by the National Association of Wood. During the conference, significant architects of the European industry made presentations and exchanged views with the leading representatives of the industry. At the end of the conference, “Wood in Turkey” themed exhibition, organized by the Association of Independent Architects was also inaugurated.
