Rising 450 meters and visible from as far as 6 kilometers away, the colossal Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower will be completed in 2027, adding a new signature to Dubai’s skyline. Commenting on the project, Parcel CEO Özden Çimen said, “This monumental development will cement Dubai’s leadership in branded residences and solidify the city as a magnet for global investors.”
Dubai—synonymous with super-tall architecture—is once again in the global spotlight. Set to be developed through a collaboration between Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller and one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers, the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower will become the world’s tallest building featuring a clock.
Set to rise in Dubai Marina, the tower will comprise 649 luxury residences and, at 450 meters in height, will introduce a new icon to the city’s silhouette.

“The world’s largest clock tower will boost investor interest”
Parcel CEO Özden Çimen believes the project will intensify global investor appetite:
“The new, massive development with 649 luxury apartments is poised to deliver some of the most expensive homes to market. With studios starting at a sales price of around half a million dollars, this initiative could bring fresh momentum to the UAE’s global image. Dubai’s hallmark of luxury living and international connectivity is being reinforced by such landmark projects. Seen by investors as the world’s largest clock tower, this building could attract buyers from across continents.”

Dubai is becoming the global hub for branded residences
In recent years, Dubai has stood out worldwide for its branded residential projects. As partnerships with luxury brands multiply, notions of design, security, and quality of life in housing are being redefined.
Çimen emphasized how this trend further strengthens Dubai’s brand value: “Dubai is investing dedicated effort in the proliferation of branded residences, partnering with the world’s most renowned names. In a city that attracts an average of 10,000 millionaires a year, the new clock tower can become a symbolic brand asset for Dubai. This could draw even more investors to the city and spur tourists to visit branded landmarks.”

A new icon where luxury meets engineering
Taking its name from the Latin word for “eternity,” Aeternitas, the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower will feature an immense clock at its crown—40 meters high and 30 meters wide—designed to be visible from 6 kilometers away.
Groundwork began in 2024, with completion slated for 2027. Beyond offering a luxury living environment, the project is set to become a symbol of a new era in engineering, design, and branded real estate.
