Born in Nevşehir in 1982, Mr. Köksal Kaya completed his primary education at Servet Akaydın Primary School and his secondary education at Dedeman Middle School and Kocasinan Atatürk High School. In 2003, he graduated 3rd in his class from Erciyes University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Physics, with a bachelor’s thesis in Solid State Physics. He subsequently completed his postgraduate studies in Educational Sciences.
After completing his military service as a reserve officer in Kızıltepe, Mardin, Mr. Kaya entered the business world in 2007 and has been active as a manufacturer since 2012. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at ABSDOOR Steel Door, he leads successful branding and export-oriented initiatives alongside his business partner, Mr. Mustafa Çifci.
In addition to serving as a Sector Representative and Chairman of the 14th Professional Committee at the Kayseri Chamber of Industry, Mr. Kaya continues his role as the Founding Chairman of the Board of the Steel Door Manufacturers and Businessmen Association (KAPSİAD). He speaks English, is married, and has 3 children.
