XPFoam starts production of technical foam sheets with over 45 million m² capacity per year
Leutkirch – Germany, 07/04/2025 – Operating under the motto “Engineered with Passion”, XPFoam is entering the market as a new supplier in the field of technical foam sheets. The company, based in Leutkirch, Germany, specialises in individually manufactured underlays for the flooring industry. Industry experts Marco Seitner, Michael Mayer and Tilo Hildebrand are behind the newly founded company, which has an investment volume of around 18 million euros.
Substantial production capacity right from the start
XPFoam has a production area of 40,000 m² and a production capacity of over 45 million square metres per year. This positions the company as a high-performance partner for the flooring industry. State-of-the-art production facilities, comprehensive expertise and an in-house testing laboratory ensure consistent high quality.
“We have many years of experience in the industry and have made targeted investments in efficient, future-proof technologies,” says Managing Director Marco Seitner. “Our aim is to support the flooring industry with strategically designed, sustainable solutions in the long term.”
Customised foam sheets for the flooring industry
Under the XP:CellPad brand, XPFoam produces foam sheets as large rolls for attaching pads to floor coverings as well as accessory products such as folding panels for the floating installation of laminate, parquet and vinyl flooring. By implementing flexible production processes, the company offers customised solutions for different requirements. “Our team develops products that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers emphasizing quality, format and function,” says Seitner.
