With “Construction Summit Türkiye,” all stakeholders of the sector will come together. Construction Summit Türkiye 2026: Construction Technologies and Innovative Building Materials will be held in Ankara on 17–18 June 2026.
The Turkish Contractors Association (TMB) has launched preparations for a new international summit that will bring together all stakeholders of the construction sector under one roof. Planned to be held biennially, the first event under the “Construction Summit Türkiye” (CST) brand will take place in Ankara on 17–18 June 2026 with the theme “Construction Technologies and Innovative Building Materials.”

CST 2026 aims to shed light on the future of the sector by bringing together public institutions and organizations, policymakers, domestic and international industry professionals, contracting companies, building materials manufacturers, technology providers, international financial institutions and academia. The summit will offer a comprehensive platform where advanced technologies, innovative practices and high-quality building materials, all critical to the sector’s transformation, will be addressed in depth.
In special exhibition areas to be opened during the summit, visitors will encounter innovative building materials, sustainable solutions, digital applications, AI-supported systems, next-generation construction technologies and the latest trends shaping the sector. These areas, where brands will present their technologies and products, will lay the groundwork for reciprocal collaborations aimed at boosting the sector’s global competitiveness.
Key sector topics will be on the agenda
Planned as a biennial summit with a different focus each time, the first edition will center on critical themes such as digitalization, innovative materials, efficiency gains, carbon reduction, sustainability, skilled labor, financing large-scale projects and advanced construction technologies.
At a time when the global construction industry focuses on digital transformation, sustainability and resource efficiency, the summit will host international experts to explore how technology, materials innovation and new production models can accelerate the transformation process.
Panels will address topics including digital transformation and AI integration, smart and sustainable buildings, circular economy and carbon footprint management, global trends in innovative building materials, financing for large-scale projects, competitiveness in global contracting and new business models, ensuring knowledge exchange with international speakers.
