At the ceremony held at Çırağan Palace Kempinski, 98 brands from 60 different sectors were honored in the Diamond, Gold, and Silver categories according to their customer experience performance. The research, prepared by taking into account companies’ complaint data, market shares, and the results of large-scale surveys, evaluates brands’ relationships with consumers in a multi-dimensional way.
