DIEFFENBACHER has agreed with its long-standing sales partner for Latin America, INSERCO Industrie Service GmbH of Viersen, Germany, to terminate their partnership. In 2006, DIEFFENBACHER and INSERCO signed their first agreement to collaborate on the distribution of DIEFFENBACHER products in Latin America. The first results of their joint efforts were two orders for new plants in Colombia and Brazil in 2009 and 2010.
After a 20-year close partnership with INSERCO, through which DIEFFENBACHER significantly expanded its market presence in Latin America and consolidated it with numerous reference plants in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, and Chile, INSERCO and DIEFFENBACHER are now going their separate ways. The companies have agreed to continue carrying out successful projects for their mutual customers on a case-by-case basis.
“We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to INSERCO for the consistently excellent and trusting collaboration over the past 20 years,” says DIEFFENBACHER CTO Stefan Zipf. “We wholeheartedly return that gratitude,” explains INSERCO CEO Ralf Bergmann. “We will, of course, work together to bring all ongoing projects to a successful conclusion. We also cordially invite our customers to visit us from June 30 to July 3 at our joint booth D050 at ForMóbile in São Paulo, Brazil,” he adds.
