Selçuk Karcıoğlu, Chairman of the Board of Normkar İnşaat, said that Sasalı—one of the fastest-appreciating areas in the sector—has attracted nationwide interest with its high-end housing and villa projects.
Karcıoğlu noted that İzmir’s northern region is preferred both for investment and residence, adding that Sasalı offers many advantages at once with its proximity to organized industrial zones, educational and health institutions, and the ring road.
