Cihat Algün, Chairman of the Board, Algün:
“We Closed the Year We Left Behind with Record Sales”

As we expected, the upward trend in home sales continued in the final month of the year and we completed the year with record sales, just as we had anticipated. Discount campaigns launched by contractors with available stock, who did not want to lose customers looking to buy a home, had a positive impact on sales figures.

In addition, although some of those seeking to purchase a home to live in preferred to wait for better payment terms and lower loan interest rates, another segment decided to buy with the concern that “if we don’t buy an apartment as soon as possible, demand will push prices up once interest rates fall, and we won’t be able to find a place at these figures.”

We expect 2026 to be a much better year.
