Aziz Biçer
Technical Manager of Flooring and Value-Added Products, Kastamonu Entegre
Born in Istanbul on November 30, 1988, Aziz Biçer completed his primary and secondary education in Bahçelievler, Istanbul, graduating from Bahçelievler Kocasinan High School in 2005. He graduated with a degree in Forest Industry Engineering from Zonguldak Karaelmas University, Bartın Faculty of Forestry in 2012. In the same year, he began his master’s studies in the Department of Forest Products Chemistry and Technology at the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Bartın University.
He began his professional career in 2012 as a Shift Engineer at Kastamonu Entegre’s Kastamonu MDF plant and served as an R&D Engineer at the Kastamonu Factory between 2015 and 2019. From 2019 to 2023, he held the role of Senior R&D Manager, overseeing the establishment of the Technopark R&D Center and leading various R&D project management operations.
Since 2024, Mr. Biçer has been serving as the Technical Manager responsible for Flooring and Value-Added Products within the Product Management Group Directorate under the Sales and Marketing Vice Presidency at Kastamonu Entegre. Married and a father of one, Aziz Biçer continues to contribute to the sector with his expertise in forest products, wood-based panels, product development, and value-added solutions.
