The Construction Contract for the VYeniKonak Project Has Been Signed with İlk İnşaat

Vakıf GYO, established by VakıfBank as Türkiye’s first real estate investment trust company, signed the contract that will launch the construction phase of VYeniKonak, a mixed-use living project to be developed in İzmir’s Konak district, with İlk İnşaat Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ in the 30th year of its establishment. While this step symbolizes the project’s transition from the planning stage to the implementation phase, it also reinforces Vakıf GYO’s vision of delivering sustainable, high value-added investments in İzmir backed by its long-standing institutional experience. The project is planned to be completed within the 1,260-day period envisaged under the contract.

Located in Konak Mersinli, one of İzmir’s central areas, VYeniKonak stands out with its unique Aegean view. Offering a strategic location thanks to its proximity to urban transportation options and easy access to business and commercial hubs, the project aims to contribute directly to the area’s transformation potential. VYeniKonak is intended to become a new focal point in İzmir’s urban development.
