Algün Brings a ₺20 Billion Mega Investment to Istanbul

Two Ambitious Urban-Renewal Projects from Algün, the Trusted Leader in Real Estate

Algün, a long-established name in construction and real estate, has launched two projects on Istanbul’s Asian side with a combined value of ₺20 billion. The company is preparing to break ground on major developments in the sought-after districts of Ataşehir and Beylerbeyi, while also setting its sights on becoming a global brand.

Ready for the Global Market

“We have already provided homes for more than 5,000 families,” says Cihat Algün, Chairman of Algün. “With 25 years of experience, we are moving steadily toward industry leadership. Through 47 completed projects, we have contributed to the national economy, brand value, social life and modern urban growth. In 2024 alone, we finished and delivered seven projects to their owners.
“Our goal is to rank among the global players both at home and abroad. To that end, we are about to launch two major projects in Ataşehir and Beylerbeyi. Entering the Istanbul market with these major investments makes 2025 an exciting breakthrough year for us. Together, the two projects represent a ₺20 billion commitment. We will begin their official launches shortly.”

Both Projects Are Urban-Renewal Initiatives

In rapidly growing Ataşehir, Algün will introduce a flagship development called Algün Ataşehir, comprising 300 residences. Scheduled for a fourth-quarter launch, this mixed-use, concept project combines modern living standards with convenient transport links. Social amenities, high-roof architecture, terraces and pools with views of the Princes’ Islands promise an extraordinary lifestyle for Ataşehir.

Algün’s second major venture, Algün Beylerbeyi, will rise in Üsküdar’s historic Beylerbeyi neighborhood. Offering 1,250 independent units, the project will blend the area’s elegance with contemporary design. Both developments are being realized as urban-transformation projects aimed at earthquake-resistant, high-quality construction that supports Istanbul’s renewal.

Declaring 2025 a year of expansion, Algün is also accelerating deliveries in its Düzce portfolio. Of 47 projects there, 40 have been handed over; of the remaining seven, three are slated for completion by year-end, with the final four scheduled for delivery next year.
