Tanyer Groundworks Group Grows with New Projects

Noting the rising number of high-rises that combine housing, commercial areas and offices, Tanyer Yapı Groundworks Group Coordinator, Civil Engineer (M.Sc.) Batuhan Tozburun said that greater emphasis is being placed on geotechnical engineering.

Stating that they are working on a total of 10 construction sites—nine in İzmir and one in Istanbul—Tozburun noted that they provide services in geotechnical engineering with a professional team and a comprehensive machinery fleet.

Reminding that they are a solution partner to leading companies, Tozburun said, “In geotechnical and foundation works, we have a team of nearly 200 experienced professionals and an extensive machinery park. We can carry out different applications simultaneously, such as jet grouting, barrettes and diaphragm walls. That’s why, once companies start working with us and see the quality of our work, they entrust us with other tasks in the project as well. They also want to work with us on their other projects.”

WE KNOW THE EXPECTATIONS WELL

Emphasizing their steady growth in the sector and that they are the solution partner in groundworks for major local and national companies in İzmir, Tozburun continued, “We have significant references. Since we are contractors ourselves, we know our clients’ demands and expectations very well. We are in constant talks for new projects. In particular, we will be the solution partner for new mixed-use projects consisting of housing and a mall in Bayraklı by year-end. Our business volume is continuously growing. As Tanyer Groundworks Group, we are also continuing our work on different projects for existing clients.”

WE WILL GROW IN ISTANBUL WITH NEW PROJECTS

Explaining that they began the groundworks in July for a hospital construction on a five-decare plot owned by one of the leading companies in the Istanbul market, Tozburun said they plan to complete their scope in January.

Tozburun continued, “Within the scope of the hospital’s groundworks in Istanbul Haramidere, we are carrying out diaphragm walls, barrettes and anchoring works with an expert team and a broad machinery infrastructure. We plan to complete the second phase in 2026. Istanbul is the capital of the economy. It also has great potential in subsoil and foundation works. For this reason, we are considering opening an office there in the future to intensify our services. Our discussions on new projects are ongoing. We will grow in Istanbul with new projects. Our goal is to become a national brand in geotechnical engineering.”
