Floorpan, the laminate flooring brand of Kastamonu Entegre known for its rich range of decors, has completed the second phase of its “Master Meet-Ups” held under the motto “Feel the Mastery in Every Step.” The program offered a comprehensive two-day experience at the company’s Istanbul headquarters and Balıkesir production facility, welcoming 150 flooring craftsmen from Istanbul and Kocaeli.
Learning and Sharing Together
The program kicked off at Kastamonu Entegre’s General Headquarters in Istanbul with a corporate introduction and product presentations, followed by a quality session, live flooring installation demos, and a Q&A. Participants also toured the KEAS Concept Studio showroom, getting a close look at Floorpan products. The day wrapped up with a boat tour and dinner.
A Close Look at Innovative Production
On the second day, the craftsmen visited the Balıkesir Plant—one of Türkiye’s largest and among the world’s notable MDF facilities—where 600,000 cubic meters of wood-based panels and 36 million square meters of flooring are produced annually. After a briefing on Occupational Health and Safety, the group visited the quality laboratories and flooring production lines, witnessing Floorpan’s innovative manufacturing processes and quality standards first-hand.
An Inspiring Journey for Craftsmen
Designed to support professional development, share up-to-date information on new products and technologies, and strengthen collaboration, the “Master Meet-Ups” began with craftsmen from Ankara and continued with this second gathering of professionals from Istanbul and Kocaeli. In 2026, the program will host craftsmen from other cities as well, further bridging the gap between production processes and on-site installation experience.
